Lochindaal
The nose starts with gentle aromatic smoke from a garden bonfire and the sweetness of sunny golden syrup – then it becomes more maritime as a puffer rounds the distant headland. The taste is a beautiful combination of honey, candy floss and sugar donut sweetness with heart-warming, temple-caressing smoke.
