Immediate holiday aromas of luxury hotel poolside – surrounded by bougainvillea and roses – time to chill! – then perfumed sweets, a woman’s handbag and lemon sorbet. The high strength makes it wiggle on the tongue, though it is definitely drinkable neat – but a splash of tonic makes it taste like an ultra-sweet and exotic impression of Cleopatra’s boudoir.

Die Verarbeitung ist ein weiterer Aspekt der Qualitätsfindung. Wie gewohnt legen wir grössten Wert auf unsere kupferne Pot Still zur Destillation. Unser spezielles Dampf-Zirkulations-Verfahren setzt die Botanicals einer beständig wiederholten Aroma Abgabe aus. So werden auf schonende Weise zunächst die leicht flüchtigen und dann die schwer flüchtigen Aromen in den Alkoholdampf übernommen. Das Ergebnis ist eine runde, intensive Komplexität ohne kantige Aromen. Ein spezieller kurzer Middle-Cut gibt uns den gewünschten Charakter und Taste.

Dieser Navy Strength – Swiss London Dry Gin wird in einem edlen Kristall Decanter geliefert. Der Verschlussstopfen ist so gearbeitet, dass 2 Silikonringe die Dichtigkeit garantieren. Ein absoluter Hingucker in Ihrer Gin Sammlung. Auflage Batch 0.1 ist auf 100 Flaschen limitiert.
